The Dräger RPS 3500 Rescue Pack System is designed for use by rapid intervention teams, allowing fire fighters to supply air to trapped colleagues or members of the public in hazardous atmospheres.
Functional system bag for the toughest missions The Dräger RPS 3500 is accommodated in a completely padded and particularly hard-wearing system bag. This ensures the protection of the air cylinder against impact. The multifunctional shoulder strap provides high wearing comfort.
Well-proven Dräger PAS pneumatics The advantages of the well-proven PSS® systems are also evident for the PAS pneumatics used for the Dräger RPS 3500. Combining a warning whistle and a precision pressure gauge, offering a particularly compact and robust design. The Y-piece provides for simultaneous connection of lung demand valves and / or PSS Rescue Hoods. The especially compact pressure reducer, which is connected directly to the air cylinder, is a standard.
Compressed air cylinders The Dräger RPS 3500 allows the connection of 300 bar CFK cylinders with a capacity of 6 to 9.0 litres.
Reinforced base The reinforced base of the Dräger RPS 3500 means it is robust enough to withstand the toughest of operational conditions.
Easy to operate coupling The medium pressure couplings of the Y piece are easy to operate even under pressure. During operation, this allows attachment or detachment of a second connection without difficulty. For strain relief, the carabiner can be fixed to the wearer.
Ready for use Optionally, the RPS 3500 Rescue Pack System allows the use of the Dräger PSS® Rescue Hood. This is especially useful for people in danger who are not already wearing full face masks.
Storage bag Apart from the system components, other useful accessories can be accommodated in the holdall. The long compartment at the top opens quickly and easily so that accessories, such as the rescue hood or a carrying sheet, are always within reach.
Designed using leading technology and materials, Dräger’s range of heavy-duty airline apparatus is ideal for use where an extended duration of breathing air is called for. Chemical tank cleaning, toxic spillages or certain tasks when working on offshore installations are all made easier and more comfortable when using the Dräger PAS® AirPack 1.

Locating leaks often proves to be very demanding due to locations that are difficult to access. This is where the Dräger GS3 leakage detector comes in: as it is no larger than a ballpoint pen, even hard-to-reach places are no problem. The detector for flammable gases such as natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas and hydrogen detects even the smallest of leaks, indicated by a visual and acoustic alarm signal.
