The Dräger PIR 7000 is an explosion proof point infrared gas detector for continuous monitoring of flammable gases and vapours. With its stainless steel SS 316L enclosure and drift-free optics this detector is built for the harshest industrial environments, e.g. offshore installations.

Stem Reducers


Quick and simple tube insertion. Compact lightweight design with a well proven tube retaining system. Tapered threads have a re-usable thread seal and parallel threads have a rubber washer. Main body manufactured from nickel plated brass, acetal resin, PBT with a stainless steel retaining ring, nitrile tube seal and acetal resin tube release collar.


Pressure range: -0.9bar min to +10bar max. Temp range: -20°C min to +70°C max. Tube suitability: Nylon, polyurethane.

These snipe nose pliers are manufactured from chrome vanadium steel, with bonded vinyl-coated handles. Boasting a double polished head and joint with induction hardened cutting edges, each set of pliers also possesses a side cutter and serrated gripping and crimping jaws behind the head.

The Dräger PointGard 2700 is a self-contained gas detection system for the continuous area monitoring of flammable hydrocarbon gases and vapors in ambient air. PointGard 2700’s rugged, water-resistant housing comes complete with a horn and strobes, a built-in power supply, and external relays. It is compatible with a remotely mounted Dräger PIR 7000 Type 334 or Type 340 infrared gas sensor.

Ideal for assembly and servicing of small precision mechanisms associated with electrical, electronic, ignition and refrigeration work, these bi-hexagonal, 1/4" square drive sockets possess a robust, chrome vanadium steel construction. Boasting a unique double knurl feature that gives a high grip which is essential for a quick tool change when your hands are greasy or oily, a 12 point bi-hexagon side drive design that will give a higher torque than normal sockets and a fully chrome plated, mirror finish.
