Discflo Cantilever
Cantilever pumps are ideal for moving abrasive materials and slurries, as only a portion of the pump is located under the fluid. The seals, bearings, bushings, and suction check valves are all outside of the liquid, preventing the material from degrading or interfering with them.

Hot dip strippable plastic coating moulds itself around the component or tool to provide 100% coverage and protect against corrosion and impacts for up to ten years. The protected component can be easily identified through the translucent coating. Simply removed by peeling it off, leaves behind a thin oil film to provide short term protection against corrosion. The removed protective dip can be reused.

Using the NEOCASTER plunger lubricant has proven to increase the life of the tip and the shot sleeve as well as improve the casting quality.
PWS-850 : Yellowish brown Good wettability to the metal surface. Stable lubricity at high temperature.
PW-50 : Milky white liquid Available for small and midium-sized machine.
B-200R : Black General purpose type.
