In many fields of work, quick and reliable gas detection is a must. This is why we offer the Dräger VarioGard® stationary gas detector range. Dräger VarioGard® 2320 IR monitors possible gas leaks or work place exposure limits of carbon dioxide.
The one to count on The Dräger VarioGard 2320 comes equipped with highly precise infrared optical sensors; which greatly reduce the possibility of false alarms so that it should only sound when real danger is evident. The IR sensors are also extremely robust and rarely need to be recalibrated. Another plus is that they are resistant to outside factors in the air which could cause damage to the sensor.
Simple set-up and handling The VarioGard 2320 can be easily installed and put into operation without any special knowledge or training. All devices are set up before delivery and do not require any additional configuring. Maintenance is equally hasslefree and needs minimal equipment.
Gas library and variable measuring ranges With the VarioGard 2320 for carbon dioxide measurement, you can set its alarm to sound either in ppm, when the work place exposure limits has been exceeded, or in Vol.-% for leakage. All of these options are easily and quickly accomplished with the accompanying VarioGard PC software.
Standardised output signal Due to their standardised 4-20-mA signal the Dräger VarioGard range can be combined with numerous other components and easily integrated into other systems and operations.
The Ventis Pro5 5-gas monitor gives you the power to monitor up to five gases simultaneously and manage worker safety any time, anywhere. Connect workers for live monitoring to instantly receive real-time location data, man-down alarms, and gas alerts so that your team always has help.
Protect the hands when handling greasy and oily components with Red Cut 1 safety gloves from Tuffsafe®. Colour-coded to indicate their medium protection level (level 1), these lightweight, breathable gloves offer excellent grip thanks to the nitrile foam palm coating.

The Dräger Polytron® 8700 IR is an advanced explosion proof transmitter for the detection of combustible gases in the lower explosion limit (LEL). It uses a high performance infrared Dräger PIR 7000 sensor, which will quickly detect most common hydrocarbon gases. Besides a 3 wire 4 to 20 mA analogue output with relays, it also offers HART®, Modbus and Fieldbus making it compatible with most control systems.
