With the Fluke 561 infrared thermometer , you can also take contact and ambient temperature measurements in the way that suits you best. Use an IR thermometer to instantly measure hot, moving, electrified and hard-to-reach objects. Inspect motors, insulation, circuit breakers, radiant heat, pipes, corroded joints, and cables. Plus, scans for ducts, and other hard-to-reach objects, right from the floor. Just leave your ladder in the truck. You can use the flexible and handy Fluke 561 scanner tubing, or plug in any thermocouple probe with the industry standard mini-type K connector you already have to measure superheat or internal temperature.
